Plans are subscribed per workspace. Prices exclude applicable taxes. No refund of the current billing period on cancellation. List prices may change on 30 days' notice, effective at the next renewal, and never during a Charter Rate lock. The Charter Rate lock ends on cancellation, downgrade or non-payment. Plans are governed by the Terms of Service, Section 14.

How does the free 10-K evaluation work, and do we need to upload confidential data?
No confidential data is needed. Every BP-Free workspace includes a one-time AI test-tagging run on your most recent publicly filed Form 10-K retrieved directly from EDGAR (once per CIK), producing a tag comparison and an EFM and DQC validation report so your team can evaluate BluePrint before bringing any unfiled draft into the platform.
How does BluePrint compare to a traditional financial printer or legacy EDGARization service?
BluePrint combines instant EDGARization from Word, AI financial printer typesetting (for Annual Reports to Shareholders and preliminary prospectus e-reds), AI-assisted Inline XBRL tagging, and EFM/DQC validation in one self-service or counsel-assisted workspace—eliminating external printer turnaround waits and per-page revision fees while keeping your team in control of every edit and tag.
Can we use BluePrint for ownership filings or Form 8-K without changing our 10-K and 10-Q process?
Yes. Forms 3, 4 and 5 are always free, Form 144 and Schedules 13D/13G are free on BP-Free, and BP-Current covers Forms 8-K, 6-K, S-8 and press-release exhibits on a standalone monthly basis. You can run ownership or current reports in BluePrint while keeping your existing periodic reporting process unchanged.
Does BluePrint support the SEC's structured XML requirements for Form 144, Schedules 13D/13G, and Section 16 Forms 3, 4 and 5?
Yes. How does BluePrint handle late edits in Word after iXBRL tagging has started?
You can edit directly inside the BluePrint filing editor or upload an updated Word draft for fast re-EDGARization. BluePrint saves a new version automatically, generates a redline comparison between versions, checks that Table of Contents page numbers still match, preserves existing tags on unchanged disclosures, and highlights only the tagged numbers affected by the revision for reviewer sign-off.
How do EDGAR credentials and EDGAR Next delegation work?
EDGAR credentials and tokens are protected with an additional layer of encryption, never written to system logs, and used solely when an authorized user initiates a test or live submission. Outside counsel and filing agents can work inside the client's workspace, set up a test-only workspace as a Steward, or transmit as a delegated Filing Party.
What happens if we need to export our filing package for internal archiving or another filing agent?
You can download a complete, standard EDGAR submission package (including the formatted filing, Inline XBRL tags, calculation and presentation files, and exhibits) at any time—whether for internal audit archiving or to transmit through another filing agent.

Are our draft filings ever used to train AI models?
No. Unfiled drafts are treated as material non-public information (MNPI) and are never used to train or improve models. BluePrint does not train or fine-tune any model on your data, with one narrow, opt-out exception: after a filing is public, de-identified corrections to tag suggestions—with numbers, company identifiers and personal information removed—may be used to improve our tagging. Our AI model provider, currently Anthropic, may not train on customer content under its commercial terms. Every AI tag suggestion requires explicit human sign-off before entering a filing.
