Three ways to work for the filers you represent.
- User
- Work in the client's workspace under the client's own EDGAR credentials, with separate permissions for drafting, tag sign-off and live submission.
- Steward
- Set up the workspace and prepare drafts for the client to claim. Until the client claims the workspace, it can run EDGAR test filings only.
- Filing party
- Transmit under the firm's own EDGAR account once the client enables it for live filing in BluePrint, which is recorded as the client's written authorization.
